This sector is no longer available. Companies that want to target multiple sectors, including the red sector, can register but only if they want to primarily connect with other target groups. The IT, Technology and Engineering sector can then be included in the second stage of the registration process.

Companies participating in the interuniversity Job Market for Young Researchers (PhDs & postdocs) or in the Ghent Capital of Technology Corner / TechTransfer Gentrepreneur Lane can still recruit (exclusively, if needed) IT, Technology and Engineering profiles.

05 Job fair information

Representatives at the fair

Please provide the details of the representatives who will represent your company through this link. Based on this data, representatives can print their personal badge at the entrance. They will need this badge to access the catering point for exhibitors and to make themselves identifiable to visitors.

It is furthermore important that we receive the e-mail addresses of all company representatives in order to be able to send them in due time the necessary practical arrangements regarding the job fair.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your registration before 27/02/2025, you will not be charged a fee.

If you cancel your registration between 27/02/2025 and 13/03/2025, you will be charged 50% of the registration fee.

If you cancel your registration after 13/03/2025, you will be charged the full registration fee. No refunds will be issued.

Employers who are not present on the day of the event itself will be charged the full registration fee.
