The trainee program kicks off with a Bootcamp filled with training in finance hard skills and consulting soft skills. Alongside, there's ample room for enjoyable team-building activities. After that, you're fully prepared to dive into your first project. Depending on your interests, you get to experience various work environments like multinationals, SMEs, banks and insurance companies, or the (semi-)public sector. You work in the region of your choice. With offices in Antwerp, Zaventem, Hasselt, Ghent, Roeselare, and Louvain-la-Neuve, TriFinance operates throughout Belgium.
