CNH is a world-class equipment and services company that sustainably advances the noble work of agriculture and construction workers. CNH Industrial holds ten brands, a.o. Case IH and New Holland in the agriculture - and Case and New Holland in the construction segment. Spread over all continents more than 37.000 employees, in 43 manufacturing plants and 40 research & development centers, all focus on empowering customers to grow and build a better world. The company has 2 sites in Belgium. In CNH Belgium in Zedelgem more than 3100 employees design, develop and produce combines, forage harvesters and large rectangular balers. The functions are very diverse since the departments vary from design to manufacturing, service & training of dealers and all supporting departments. Within the product development team 400 technical colleagues populate the "Centre of Excellence for Harvesting Machinery of New Holland Agriculture", where the core tasks are design, research, refine and validate our machines in the fields. The CNH Belgium site in Antwerpen employs more than 1100 people who produce tractor parts, mainly rear axles and drivelines – for more than 55 years already. Jobs are mainly situated in manufacturing and vary from machine operators of CNC- machining centers to assemblers of drivelines, team leaders and supervisors.
