BelGaN is a company with a vision to become a leading 200mm automotive-qualified GaN (Gallium-Nitride) foundry in Belgium, at the heart of a “GaN Valley” ecosystem in Europe and beyond. BelGaN will transform into a dedicated GaN-focused semiconductor technology company. BelGaN will innovate, develop, and bring to market an extensive roadmap of state-of-the-art and novel GaN technologies. Today, 450 employees are working at BelGaN.
