Options for participation 2024
The 2024 edition of the afstudeerbeurs will take place in Hall 1 of Flanders Expo Ghent on Thursday 28 March 2024.
The fair will be open from 12 p.m. until 6 p.m., followed by an after-drink for exhibitors.

GENERAL JOB MARKET
The General Job Market targets companies that recruit broadly – from associate degree students, Professional Bachelor to Master students from all academic disciplines and programmes offered by the partner institutions of Ghent University Association and beyond.
Within the General Job Market there are 2 options to choose from:

INTERUNIVERSITY JOB MARKET FOR YOUNG RESEARCHERS
3. SILVER: THE INTERUNIVERSITY JOB MARKET FOR YOUNG RESEARCHERS - € 925
The Job Market for Young Researchers is organised by the 5 Flemish universities (UGent, KU Leuven, VUB, UAntwerpen and UHasselt) and targets companies interested in recruiting PhDs and postdocs affiliated with these institutions.

GHENT CAPITAL OF TECHNOLOGY CORNER
4. BRONZE - TECH LANE GHENT SCIENCE PARK /NORTH SEA PORT - € 550
The Ghent Capital of technology Corner provides a reduced fee for companies located in the Ghent high-tech science park or the port of Ghent, that recruit broadly - from associate degree students to MAs and alumni.
