Company activities

Accurat (see www.accurat.ai) is a promising scale-up from Ghent. At Accurat we collect millions of coordinates per day and process them into insights that we offer to retail customers. Think of customers such as Jumbo, Albert Heijn, Lunch Garden, Delhaize, Lidl, Aldi, Colruyt, Brico, Aveve, Telenet. Our customer base is growing day-by-day. The focus is currently on Belgium and the Netherlands, but further expansion in Germany and the rest of Europe is coming soon. Today we have about 20 permanent people + 10 freelancers and student workers. The company consists of approximately 50% data engineers and machine learning engineers, and 50% people for sales, customer success and marketing/copywriting. Our employees are mainly young, positive and with a no-nonsense mentality. A cultural fit is important to us. About half of them started here as an intern or student worker and then "stayed around". A nice testimony of the great working environment.
