Fuji Oil Europe is a producer of vegetable oils and fats for the food industry. The Belgian factory is strategically located in the port area of Ghent and has a wide range of processing technologies at its disposal: from high-quality refining and fractionation to esterification and hydrogenation. This modern factory is designed to produce a wide range of products, many of which are tailor-made. In Ghent, we also produce cocoa coatings, cocoa fillings, hazelnut fillings, and specialty chocolate (without added sugars, organic). These semi-finished products for the food industry are largely tailor-made for our customers. The combinations for our cocoa fillings and coatings are almost unlimited: with or without milk ingredients, with or without nuts, tempered or untempered, with sugar or sugar substitutes. Our chocolate department can, of course, rely on our in-house fat technology and extensive knowledge of oils and fats: only the most functional and high-performance fats are selected for our cocoa business. This is a major asset within our sector.
