Options for participation 2023
The 2023 edition of the afstudeerbeurs will take a hybrid form. CV analysis/career coaching and the workshop programme will be offered online on Thursday 9 March 2023. The job fairs and the Education and Further Studies Fair will take place in Hall 1 of Flanders Expo Ghent on Thursday 23 March 2023.
Schedule:
- 09/03/2023: online CV analysis/career coaching and online workshop programme
- 23/03/2023: general job market, interuniversity Job Market for Young Researchers, Ghent Capital of Technology Corner, Education and Further Studies Fair
The fair will be open from 12 p.m. until 6 p.m., followed by an after-drink for exhibitors.

GENERAL JOB MARKET
The General Job Market targets companies that recruit broadly – from associate degree students, Professional Bachelors to Master students from all academic disciplines and programmes offered by the partner institutions of Ghent University Association and beyond.
Within the General Job Market there are 2 options to choose from:

3. SILVER: THE INTERUNIVERSITY JOB MARKET FOR YOUNG RESEARCHERS - € 850
The Job Market for Young Researchers is organised by the 5 Flemish universities (UGent, KU Leuven, VUB, UAntwerpen and UHasselt) and targets companies interested in recruiting PhDs and postdocs affiliated to these institutions.

GHENT CAPITAL OF TECHNOLOGY CORNER
4. BRONZE - TECH LANE GHENT SCIENCE PARK /NORTH SEA PORT - € 500
The Ghent Capital of technology Corner provides a reduced fee for companies located in the Ghent high-tech science park or the port of Ghent, that recruit broadly - from associate degree students to PhDs and postdoctoral fellows.
